10 Years
I always find it fascinating to look around at where I am and then look in the rear view mirror of life and wonder how in the world I got here! It was ten years ago today Garrett was born and we'd been in our new house just a matter of days. So much has happened. Our world has changed. Garrett and Megan have only known a world at war.
Fall is here but what happened to Summer!
The blessing and the curse of the NW is our temperate climate, especially when summer feels like three weeks! However for most of us Westies that get to experience the abundance of moisture and grayness there is another side of the coin or should I say mountains. Looking for Summer, go East young man! To the great wheat fields of Wilbur and North to the mighty Lake Roosevelt and Keller ferry the only free ferry in Washington.
